Joined-up working?
We have some parent reps who have been looking at Integrated Services for disabled children alongside practitioners from Norfolk County Council and from Health.
We have all long been aware how services are not joined up, how often as parents, we need to repeat our story and how hard it is to understand and navigate our way round the system.
This project is called the ITCHY Project which is Integrated Teams for Children and Young People and is aiming to find answers to these problems.
We’d really like to hear your experience of how joined up or not you find things.
