Family Voice Five-Minute Focus survey on Short Breaks and Childcare Provision
Family Voice Five-Minute Focus would like to find out your experiences and views on Short Breaks and Childcare provision with this short survey.
This is specifically relating to activities and support for your child or young person and does not include overnight respite via health short breaks.
The information that we gather from this survey will be used to assist with two streams of work that Family Voice is engaged with – Marvellous Minders and the Children’s Health Integrated Commissioning Group.
Marvellous Minders are childminders who are specifically trained to look after children and young people with SEND. Norfolk County Council are currently looking at introducing a scheme to support families to link with specialist childminders who can offer support to their child or young person’s particular needs.
The Children’s Health Integrated Commissioning Group is a strategic group of local authority and health professionals that oversee many jointly commissioned services. At a recent meeting, they were particularly interested in what Family Voice had to say about the short breaks referral system and the new prepayment card.
This is a survey that all parent carers with children and young people with SEND can fill out. We ensure that all responses are completely anonymised and unidentifiable.
Please click here to complete the survey by SUNDAY 25th AUGUST 2019.
Together our voices are stronger.
